Srinivasa Fresh Mart, Kismatpur, Hyderabad — now trading as Srinivaspur Fresh Mart

This platform was built, delivered, and never paid for.

Naresh, the proprietor of Srinivasa Fresh Mart, signed a written agreement with me on 11 June 2026 to design and build the shop’s ordering platform for ₹1,55,000. The work was completed, delivered and deployed to production. Every account was created in his name, as the agreement required. 98 days later, not one rupee has been paid.

The record

  1. 11 June 2026

    A written agreement is signed by both parties. Under Next Steps, item 4, Milestone 1 is payable on signature. It is not paid.

  2. 7 – 22 June 2026

    The platform is built and delivered in full — customer app, administrator dashboard, marketing website and delivery workflow — across 26 commits. Backend cloud functions are deployed to production in the Mumbai asia-south1 region.

  3. 14 June 2026

    The project domain is registered at my own expense, ₹830, on the understanding that it would be reimbursed. It was not.

  4. June – August 2026

    Payment is promised repeatedly over roughly three months, on each occasion without result. Nothing is paid against any milestone.

  5. September 2026

    Messages go unanswered. The business is now trading under a different name.

On ownership of the source code

Ownership was made conditional on final payment. No payment has been made, so no ownership has passed. The copyright in this platform’s source code remains mine, and any continued operation or commercial use of it — under any business name — is without licence.

Settlement

This page states facts, and it exists because the matter is unresolved rather than to punish anyone. It will be taken down in full the day the account is settled, and source code handover completed exactly as Clause 7 provides.
