Account & Data Deletion

You can ask us to delete your Srinivasa Fresh Mart account and the personal data associated with it at any time. This page explains how to request deletion, what is removed, and how long it takes.
How to request deletion
Choose either option below, using the mobile number registered with your account:
- Email: write to srinivasafreshmart@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my account and data” and include your registered name and mobile number.
- WhatsApp: message the word DELETE to our official WhatsApp business number +91 95026 07169 from your registered number.
We may contact you to verify the request is genuinely from the account holder before proceeding.
What gets deleted
- Your profile (name and mobile number) and login credentials;
- Your saved delivery addresses and location data;
- Your push-notification tokens; and
- Your order history that is not required to be retained by law.
What we may retain (and why)
We are legally required to retain certain transaction and invoice records (for example, for tax, accounting and audit purposes) for the period mandated by Indian law. These records are kept secure, used only for those purposes, and are de-identified from your active account wherever possible. They are deleted once the legal retention period ends.
Timeline
We action verified deletion requests within 30 days. Once complete, you will no longer be able to log in, and re-using the service later will create a new account.
