We want you to be happy with every order. Because we sell fresh, perishable groceries, this policy explains when you can cancel, and how returns and refunds are handled.

Please check your items at the doorstep. If anything is damaged, spoiled, incorrect, missing, or below the quality you expect, you may refuse those items at delivery, or report them to us within 4 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email — a photo helps us resolve it quickly.

For hygiene and food-safety reasons, perishable items that have been accepted and are not defective cannot be returned for a change of mind. This does not affect your rights in respect of damaged, spoiled, incorrect or missing items.
