Shipping & Delivery Policy

Srinivasa Fresh Mart delivers fresh vegetables, fruits, pooja samagri and flowers locally from our shop in Kismatpur, Hyderabad. This policy explains where, when and how we deliver.
1. Delivery area
We deliver within approximately 15 kmof our shop. When you select your address on the map, the app checks that it falls within this zone. If your address is outside the area, we're unable to deliver there for now.
2. Delivery slots & timing
Orders are delivered the same dayin the delivery slot you choose at checkout (for example, a morning or evening slot), subject to that slot's cut-off time. Orders placed after a slot's cut-off are delivered in the next available slot.
3. Delivery charges
Delivery is free within our 15 km service area. Any minimum-order amount, if applicable, will be shown in the app at checkout.
4. Receiving your order & payment
Please be available at the chosen address during your delivery slot. Payment is made in cash or by UPI to the delivery person at the door — no online or advance payment is required. You may check your items and decline anything damaged or incorrect (see our Cancellation & Refund Policy).
5. If you're unavailable
If we can't reach you or no one is available to receive the order, our delivery person will try to contact you on your registered number. Undelivered perishable orders may be returned to the shop; we'll reach out to reschedule where possible.
6. Delays
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, traffic, high demand or other factors outside our control. We'll keep you updated on WhatsApp.
