These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Srinivasa Fresh Mart app, website and delivery service (the “Service”), operated by Srinivasa Fresh Mart, Kismatpur, Hyderabad, Telangana, India. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & your account

You must be 18 or older and able to receive deliveries within our service area. You sign in with your mobile number via a WhatsApp one-time password (OTP). You are responsible for keeping access to your number secure and for activity on your account. Provide accurate name and address details so we can deliver correctly.

2. Catalog, prices & availability

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are refreshed regularly to reflect daily market rates. The price shown at the time you place your order applies to that order. Fresh produce is sold by weight or piece; actual weights may vary slightly due to the nature of perishable goods. Items are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities.

3. Orders & acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm orders through the app and WhatsApp. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is out of stock, the delivery address is outside our service area, there is a pricing or listing error, or we suspect fraud or abuse. If we cancel a prepaid portion (none is taken online), no charge applies, as payment is on delivery.

4. Payment

Payment is cash or UPI, collected on delivery. We do not accept online card payments or take payment in advance. Please keep the correct amount ready or pay via UPI to the delivery person at the door.

5. Delivery

We deliver within approximately 15 km of the shop, in the delivery slots shown at checkout. See our Delivery Policy for details. Please be available at the chosen address and slot to receive your order.

6. Cancellations, returns & refunds

You may cancel before your order is packed/dispatched, and you can decline damaged, incorrect or unsatisfactory items at the door. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for full details.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, place fraudulent or fake orders, interfere with its operation or security, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

The Srinivasa Fresh Mart name, logo, app, website, and content are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Fresh produce naturally varies in size, appearance and shelf life. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the app.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Srinivasa Fresh Mart against losses arising from your misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms.

12. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer-protection rights, the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; the current version is always posted here with its “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
